Maven has merged its Dubai operations with Projenco Al Khaleej to form Projenco Global LLC. This move is part of a broader expansion under the Hayaat Group. Maven will continue offering its Healthcare Advisory, Planning, Architecture, Engineering, and Supervision services under the Projenco Global brand. Eng. Shafqat Hussain has been appointed Group Director of Projects & Performance, while Eng. Syed Junaid Rehman Shah becomes Lead Principal & COO. Maven has successfully completed the PAF Hospital Islamabad redevelopment and expansion in a remarkable 15 months. Leading the project as consultant, Maven handled everything from architectural & interior design to structural, MEP engineering, and equipment commissioning. The upgraded facility now includes ICU, hybrid operating rooms, advanced diagnostics, and expanded outpatient/ inpatient zones — all delivered with international standards of patient care and efficiency.
