Manager Biomedical Engineering
- BS or MS in Biomedical Engineering or Electronic Engineering from a recognized institution
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in medical equipment planning for healthcare projects
- PEC Registered/Professional Engineer
Assistant Manager (Accounts)
- ACCA/CA Finalist
- Articles from a reputed audit firm & a minimum of 1-2 years post articles work experience is required
- Knowledge of GAAP, working experience with accounting software, and tech savvy individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
Site Inspector (Civil)
- DAE/or B.Tech in Civil Technology
- At least 4-6 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in relevant software (i.e. AutoCAD)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project Scheduler
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in relevant software (i.e. P6, Power Bl, MS Project, PMIS, Smart Sheets)
- Certification as a PMI scheduling professional (PMI-SP) will be advantageous
APM - Projects Planning & Controls
- BSc / Preferably MSc. in Civil / Electrical Engineering
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience
- Registered with PEC (preferably as a Professional Engineer)
Site Inspector (Mechanical)
- DAE/or B.Tech in Mechanical Technology
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and medical gas systems
Site Inspector (Civil)
- DAE/or B.Tech in Civil Technology
- At least 4-6 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in relevant software (i.e. AutoCAD)
Visualizer
- DAE/or Civil/Architectural or related field
- At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in relevant software (i.e. AutoCAD, D5, RHINO, SketchUp or similar ools)
Sr. Quantity Surveyor / Cost Control Engineer
- BSc Civil Engineering with 8-10 years /DAE (Civil) with 15-20 Years of experience with design consultancy firm in back office cost control, tendering, BOQ and specifications management function
- Proficiency in Specs Development on CSI, BOQ Development on POMI, Plan Swift, CostX, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Rivet (preferred)
- Excellent negotiation, communication and reporting skills
MEP Designer (CAD)
- B.Tech/DAE in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- At least 6-8 years of related work experience
- MEP drawing and drafting experience in high rise building construction is preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software for MEP system design
Project Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in design management or project controls
- Healthcare/Hospital projects preferred
- Proficiency in MS office, Google suite, and project design softwares like Autocad and Revit
- Working Knowledge of construction planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
