Engineer (Mechanical & HVAC)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 7-10 years of relevant working experience
- Sound Knowledge of Building systems and preferred to have experience of high Rise buildings prefer- ably healthcare projects
- Proficiency in Mechanical & HVAC design software and tools e.g. HAP, Elite etc
- Strong knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC and Firefighting Systems design, installation and commissioning processes
Site Surveyor
- DAE/or B.Tech in Civil Technology
- At least 6-8 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in relevant software (i.e. PMIS, AutoCAD, GIS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Site Inspector (Civil)
- DAE/or B.Tech in Civil Technology
- At least 4-6 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in relevant software (i.e. AutoCAD)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project Manager
- Bachelors/ Preferably Masters in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other related discipline.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (Procore / Primavera P6 / Google workspace apps/ Autodesk, AutoCAD).
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts administration and FIDIC. Knowledge of relevant standards (ASTM/BS/ ASHRAE / ISO Others).
- 12 years above experience of executing high rise building work with complex facade systems. Experi- ence with Healthcare construction projects will be preferred.
Designer (CAD)
- DAE in Architecture/ Civil or Post Matric Diploma of Civil Draftsman.
- At least 5-6 years of working experience preferably with high rise projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Design Studio Manager
- Bachelors in Architecture is mandatory. Masters in Architecture and LEED AP Preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
- AutoCAD, Rivet, SketchUp, 3D studiomax, Photoshop, Al fluent, BIM.
- Architectural planning, medical space planning, interior design and detailing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Sr. Communications Associate
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, Journalism, Business Communication, or related field will be preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or digital media roles.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (preferred).
Site Inspector (Electrical)
- B.Tech/DAE in Electrical or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of related work experience
- Related work experience in healthcare projects will be preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sr. Engineer / APM Contracts and Procurement
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory): Civil, Electrical, or Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in procurement, contracts management & contracts administrative functions
- FIDIC Certified Contract Manager, or CIPS Level 4.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Primavera, AutoCAD, Planswift.
Manager Biomedical Engineering
- BS or MS in Biomedical Engineering or Electronic Engineering from a recognized institution
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in medical equipment planning for healthcare projects
- PEC Registered/Professional Engineer
APM - Projects Planning & Controls
- BSc / Preferably MSc. in Civil / Electrical Engineering
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience
- Registered with PEC (preferably as a Professional Engineer)
Sr. Executive (Accounts)
- ACCA/CA Finalist
- Articles from a reputed audit firm & a minimum of 1-2 years post articles work experience is required
- Knowledge of GAAP, working experience with accounting software, and tech savvy individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
Project Scheduler
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in relevant software (i.e. P6, Power Bl, MS Project, PMIS, Smart Sheets)
- Certification as a PMI scheduling professional (PMI-SP) will be advantageous
Site Inspector (Mechanical)

- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and medical gas systems
Site Inspector (Civil)
- DAE/or B.Tech in Civil Technology
- At least 4-6 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in relevant software (i.e. AutoCAD)
Visualizer
- DAE/or Civil/Architectural or related field
- At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in relevant software (i.e. AutoCAD, D5, RHINO, SketchUp or similar ools)
Sr. Quantity Surveyor / Cost Control Engineer
- BSc Civil Engineering with 8-10 years /DAE (Civil) with 15-20 Years of experience with design consultancy firm in back office cost control, tendering, BOQ and specifications management function
- Proficiency in Specs Development on CSI, BOQ Development on POMI, Plan Swift, CostX, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Rivet (preferred)
- Excellent negotiation, communication and reporting skills
MEP Designer (CAD)
- B.Tech/DAE in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- At least 6-8 years of related work experience
- MEP drawing and drafting experience in high rise building construction is preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software for MEP system design
Project Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in design management or project controls
- Healthcare/Hospital projects preferred
- Proficiency in MS office, Google suite, and project design softwares like Autocad and Revit
- Working Knowledge of construction planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
