We are pleased to share that Maven Dubai has recently established a joint venture with Projenco Al Khaleej.
Established in 1997, Projenco is a leading UAE based regional Oil & Gas project development, management and EPC services firm that has participated in the delivery of more than 60 Oil & Gas projects valued at US 8 Billion with top tier operators and EPC’s in the UAE, Qatar, Sudan, Pakistan, Mozambique & Tanzania. its parent company, is a reputed principal investment firm with over 150 global investments in technology, real estate development and project services.
As part of the new structure, a newly formed Projenco Global LLC that will drive the partners ambitious growth plans with a focus on developing comprehensive construction services to commercial and institutional developers across the UAE.
The team is already advancing its first 2 joint projects including a 2B+G+16 residential tower in Dubai Sports City and a G+2P+8 project in Dubai Island.
Mr. Faisal Riaz and Eng. Basharat Ahmed will represent Maven on the board of Projenco and Maven Director PMO, Eng. Shafqat Hussain will serve a dual role in his new position as Group Director Projects & Performance.
This represents a significant milestone in our journey as we strive to enhance the breadth and depth of services to our clients and the exposure and experience of our team.
In addition to joint PM/CM operations in Dubai, Maven will support the venture with offshore technical services and enhance its Advisory, Planning, Architecture, Engineering & Supervision services through this partnerhsip with Projenco Global.
