On December 29, 2023, Maven and Novacare have officially signed a landmark program management agreement for the development of a state-of-the-art healthcare facility in Islamabad. The signing marks a major milestone in Pakistan’s healthcare landscape — setting new standards in design, technology, and international accreditation.
Under this agreement, Maven will provide detailed design, multi-disciplinary engineering coordination, and deliver comprehensive construction management alongside overall program management for the facility.
The Lead Design Consultant for the project is HKS Inc., a globally renowned healthcare architecture firm known for its award-winning hospital designs and patient-centered environments. HKS will develop the master plan, architectural concepts, and preliminary design services, ensuring that Novacare’s vision is realized through world-class design innovation.
Envisioned by UAE based Andalus Holdings and backed by lead investor MLCF, the project is slated to be affiliated with a leading NHS Trust with a vision to bring the best of British quality healthcare to Pakistan.
