Maven Projects LLP has appointed current Director Construction, Eng Syed Junaid Rehman Shah, PE as Lead Principal & Chief Operating Officer.
Junaid brings over 17 years of experience in the UK and Pakistan serving in critical client-side, consultant and contractor roles.
At Maven he has been leading the Construction phase team and has played an instrumental role in enabling the successful implementation of key projects additionally serving as Project Director of the Novacare Hospital project in Islamabad.
In his new role he will be leading all operations by directly managing both Project Management & Construction Management teams and coordinating the efforts of all Advisory, Design and Engineering Principals and their teams including back office technical support for international projects.
Junaid’s professionalism and acumen is universally respected by peers, team members and clients alike and I am confident that he will lead Maven to new heights in the next phase of our journey.

Prior to Maven, Junaid served as GM at Paragon Constructors. Vice President at Askari Bank, Stream Head for Capital Projects at JAZZ, Client-Side Engineer at Telenor and an Operations Engineer at engineering software company Mitek in the UK.
He has vast experience with major domestic projects including New Islamabad Airport, Telenor Head Office, G+42 Auram One, Dream Heights, a cluster of 14 Mid & High rise Towers, 150 luxury villas and golf club at Eighteen, and masterplanning the 140 acre Islamabad Technopolis.
He also has experience with major international projects in his previous role at leading engineering outsourcing firm Construction Solutions working as a Planning Engineer on the Panama Canal expansion and Doha Metro.
He is a registered PE by PEC and holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from UET Taxila and an MSc. in Construction Management from the University of Portsmouth UK.
